- • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- • Use automated tools to create links in bulk without permission
- • Circumvent rate limits or service restrictions
- • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
You are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten and any content they link to. ShortQR does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of shortened links. We reserve the right to remove or disable any links that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
By shortening a URL, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Some features of ShortQR require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
- Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled
- Provide valid payment information
- Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShortQR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
